Hi 1) I have signed up to Package 5 , i want to upgrade to Package 11 or 12 , How can I do this ? 2) I want to trade Micro E Mini S and P , Do you have this symbol 3) I have a account with Tradovate and AMP 4) Can I link my broker to chart and how do I do that ? 1) Follow the instructions here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package 2) Yes, we have data for the e-Mini Micro S&P 500 Futures from the CME Group. Along with all the data for the CME Group. 3/4) Sierra Chart can connect to AMP. Tradovate does not allow for connections from Sierra Chart. 5) In the case of AMP, where you will be setup with either Teton or CQG for the order routing, the data has to come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are only trading the CME Group, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service. Dear John Thank you for your response . It has actually cleared a lot of confusion. Just wanted advice on which package I will need to upgrade. 1) I will use AMP and use CQG so I have my options open to trade other futures symbols instead of being limited to CME group , I want to have the option to trade crude oil and US Treasury Which is the best package for me to upgrade to 11 or 12 Regards Uddin |

You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to connect to data and trading services. But the particular package depends on what you need for your charting purposes. We do not have connectivity with CQG for the CME Group and EUREX data. So if you need that data, it will have to come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Other exchange data from CQG can be used in Sierra Chart (such as The ICE). The e-Mini Micro S&P 500 Futurew (MES) is traded on the CME exchange of the CME Group. Therefore, you are wanting data for 3 of the 4 exchanges, so you should get one of the "Full CME Group..." options. You need to decide whether you need with Market Depth or without. The Prop Firms that use Rithmic - yes, as Sierra Chart can connect to Rithmic. This includes APEX. For the connection to the Prop Firm, there is nothing special to do. Just follow the instructions to connect to Rithmic at the following link. The Prop Firm should give you the server to use: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You can use the data from Rithmic, but there is a lack of historical data from them. If you want to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you just have to ensure you have a live trading account separate from the Prop Firm to verify your non-professional standing. You are on Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) at this time. Your agreements were accepted for the CME Group data as a Non-Professional. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time CME Group data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that you also need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live trading account in order to validate your non-professional standing. This needs to be done at least once a month. Your agreements were accepted, that part is done. You need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update the "Verified Until" date. You state that you have your live account with AMP in your agreements. What order routing service are you setup to use with AMP? We can then point you to the proper instructions to connect to that account. When you do, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. Otherwise, you are not waiting on anything from us. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data from the CME Group at any time. You can do it now, or after you make the connection to your trading account. It does not matter, as the cost is the same as the exchange fees are not pro-rated. You have properly connected to your live account, as we see that your "Verified Until" date is now showing as "March 5, 2026". So you will now be getting the real-time data for the CME Group per the exchange you have active. Unfortunately, CQG often uses a different symbol than what the exchange specifies. The first thing to do to find the correct symbol is to select "File >> Find Symbol" within your Sierra Chart software. Then open the section for "Futures - CME" and look for the description of what you are looking for to match up the symbol. You will find the "Micro E-mini S&P 500" listed as "F.US.MES?##". Open that section and then select the appropriate contract in the list and then select the type of chart you want to open.
