You have properly connected to your live account, as we see that your "Verified Until" date is now showing as "March 5, 2026". So you will now be getting the real-time data for the CME Group per the exchange you have active. Unfortunately, CQG often uses a different symbol than what the exchange specifies. The first thing to do to find the correct symbol is to select "File >> Find Symbol" within your Sierra Chart software. Then open the section for "Futures - CME" and look for the description of what you are looking for to match up the symbol. You will find the "Micro E-mini S&P 500" listed as "F.US.MES?##". Open that section and then select the appropriate contract in the list and then select the type of chart you want to open.
