Your agreements were accepted, that part is done. You need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update the "Verified Until" date. You state that you have your live account with AMP in your agreements. What order routing service are you setup to use with AMP? We can then point you to the proper instructions to connect to that account. When you do, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. Otherwise, you are not waiting on anything from us. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data from the CME Group at any time. You can do it now, or after you make the connection to your trading account. It does not matter, as the cost is the same as the exchange fees are not pro-rated.
