Why is the ESZ25 in Sierra Chart has a different value from thinkorswim or topstep. Also the time of the candlestick is 14:28 Monday 11/10/25. In thinkorswim and topstep it's already 9:49 AM 11/20/25.

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. And what we see in your account is that you have your "Current Selected Service" as "SC Data", which means that you are connected just to us (Sierra Chart) and hence you would only be getting delayed streaming data for the CME Group (and any other exchanges that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed). Therefore, your data is different from another real-time system by 10 minutes and 10 seconds.

As to the time, you would need to look at the Time Zone for your system/chart. There are two Time Zone options, one Global and one per Chart. By default, the chart time zone is set to use the Global Time Zone. Start by looking at the Global Time Zone and make sure it is set to the time zone you most want to use for your charts:
Time Zone Setting

Then, if your charts are not in that same time zone, then check the per chart time zone and either set it to the Global one, or set it to what you want it to be:
Chart Settings: Time Zone (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times menu)

So how can I fix this? I am new to Sierra Chart.

I need real time data so thinkorswim and topstep coincide with Sierra Chart Cumulative Delta Volume. I trigger my trades using 1-min candlesticks.

Since you are connected to "SC Data", then you would need to get your data from us. For the CME Group, in particular, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

We do not have connectivity with ThinkOrSwim, so you can not use that account for verification. TopStep is a Prop Firm, so that will not work either.

Once you work out the above, then you can setup the real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

I checked just now. It looks like SIerra Chart is delayed by 10 minutes. I already signed up with Denali Exchange data for $2 per month. My sierra chart is package 11 for $46 per month. Why is it dealted 10 minutes?

As we mentioned above, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.

You have not connected to your account for verification yet. When you do so, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order for you to get the non-professional real-time data for the CME group.

At this time, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00", which is why we know that you have not yet made the connection. You can view this date at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Additionally, you have not correctly completed the Exchange Agreements for the CME Group data. You did not enter a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number" in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". These must be filled out with the information for your live, funded, futures trading account. If you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter your brokerage name. You can redo the agreements at the following link:
