As we mentioned above, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.

You have not connected to your account for verification yet. When you do so, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order for you to get the non-professional real-time data for the CME group.

At this time, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00", which is why we know that you have not yet made the connection. You can view this date at the following link:

Additionally, you have not correctly completed the Exchange Agreements for the CME Group data. You did not enter a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number" in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". These must be filled out with the information for your live, funded, futures trading account. If you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter your brokerage name.
