Hello!

I tried answering myself to the question of the title of this request, through the information on your website but I couldn't.

How can I, as a non-professional client, be able to have acess to live data feed from the CME for the micro-NQ and mini-NQ futures contracts?

What are the exact steps that I need to follow? and on top of that, what must I do in order to have access also to the level 2 data for this particular instruments? which include the Depth of Market and Market by Order data that I need.

I would appreciate it if you also tell me the pricing for this kind of service.

Thank you in advance.

First, are you receiving delayed data at this time for NQ futures? You should be.

What futures trading/brokerage service do you use? For the reason why we ask this question, refer to:

No I don't. I only receive data for the NAS100 symbol. When I try to open the futures symbol it automatically opens the NAS100 one.

I currently am subscribed to the Service Package 12. If that is what you are asking.

It does not make any sense that you are getting the NAS100 when you try to open a Futures symbol. Follow these instructions to open a chart for a particular symbol:
Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading: Open Chart

You should be getting the Delayed Streaming Data for instruments traded on the CME Group, EUREX, or CFE exchanges along with any U.S. Equities.

As referenced above, if you want real-time data for instruments traded on the CME Group at the non-professional rates, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to that account at least once a month for verification of your non-professional status.

If you do not have an account that will qualify for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
