I am trying to download SPX index historical intraday data and getting no luck. I have the days to download set to 1000 and the download unit set to 1 minute. When I execute the download, I get no data. I've read all through this board trying various fixes but no luck. Please help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We will then determine what the problem is.

We apologize for this. We are checking something to see if serving of delayed data is allowed. That might be the issue. Actually we think it is.

We think since the data comes from the CBOE we cannot provide any data unless the user pays the exchange fee. So you need to activate the CBOE indices exchange. But to do that you need to go to service package 10 for this. See below.

Information about CBOE indices and to activate:

Denali Exchange Data Feed: CBOE Global Indexes Data Feed Notes
----

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

Ok thanks for your help. I did everything and got the data. One question for SPX_CGI, the earliest data I am able to see intraday is from 6/1/23. Just want to double check with you that that is indeed the earliest intraday data you have for SPX Index. Right?

I spoke too soon. The data I was able to download still has an issue that the trading day starts at 1:30PM everyday. I went to Chart Settings and even adjusted the start time to 00:00 and still everyday the data that I get starts at 1:30PM and can't see any data from 9:30AM. It's also not a time zone issue because it reliably closes at 16:00 daily. Please help.
