Can't download SPX index historical data

I am trying to download SPX index historical intraday data and getting no luck. I have the days to download set to 1000 and the download unit set to 1 minute. When I execute the download, I get no data. I've read all through this board trying various fixes but no luck. Please help.

To be clear the name of the chart I am trying is "SPX_CGI" but no joy in downloading any data.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.
