Hello support , don`t have real time data feed even though i paid subscription fees fpr CME CBOT

You have the following exchange active: - CME for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account As such, you have access to real-time data for instruments traded on the CME exchange. You are not setup to get real-time data for CBOT. If you are having an issue with real-time data for the CME, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". My subscription is Denali exchange data feed CME/CBOT/NYMEX therefore the exchange CBOT which i use to trade soybean and corn is included in my package ... Pl check...Thks

We have checked again. You have only the following exchange active: - CME for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account Also, your CME Exchange Agreements have you listed as a "Professional". There is no single exchange option that includes the full CME Group with the Professional designation. Thks for fast reply , Seems it is mistaken choice , Is it possible to change to CBOT , for professonals and users without a trading account ,which i had previous subscription, in order to get real time data for trading soybean and corn .Thks.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change exchange options, or to get a refund. These fees go to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. The only option you have is to activate the CBOT exchange and pay for it. You can deactivate the CME exchange so you do not pay for it again next month, but you will continue to get the data through the end of this month since it is already paid for. Keep in mind the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you were to activate the "CBOT for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account" today (April 24, 2025) you will pay $150.00 to get that data for the remainder of April. You will then pay $150.00 again on May 1, 2025, to get the data in May. Therefore, you may want to wait until May 1, 2025, prior to activating the new exchange. Again, be sure you deactivate the exchange you do not want prior to the end of this month so you do not get charged again for it.
