I am trying to see the depth of market for BID/ASK that run about 100pts up and 100 pts down from the current price. It is only showing the current bid/ask and then the volume transacted at bid and ask for a bunch of levels. I can't see all of the level of limit orders I want to see.

You do not have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth data. You need to pay for the Market Depth data. Ok. I activated it but I only see about 20pts per side of price in depth. How do I see a lot more?

I set the max depth level to 0 but still only shows 10 levels above and 10 levels below price. When I was backtesting in chart replay over the weekend it would show 50+ levels on both sides. I opened a new chart and can't get this one to display the same amount of levels at the moment.

The DOM ends up looking like this. There are 9 rows on either side. I need to see hundreds of points on either side of price.

I dont see all the points i see only +/- 100 levels, perhaps sierra has changed the amount to display?

Yes i Did I have only charts of NQ, ES, MES and MNQ up This is what i did I did that still not getting it This is what I did I went to sierra server setting and set the "support downloading historical market depth data" to yes And then set "max historical market depth days to down load" to 0 I went to global setting-symbol setting and selected the symbols and "set supports market Depth" to supported and then "number of depth levels to subscribe" to 0 I went to chart DOM settings and set number of depth levels to 0 I disconnected and reconnected I still see to +-100 levels My data/service setting under comman settings: allow support for sierra chart data feeds: set to YES Maximum time and sales dept levels set to 0 number of stored time and sales records set to 5000 I quit sierra and reloaded the charts I still see 100 levels Am I supposed to subscribe to the depth? I have tenton and stage 5 and level 11 I am out of options thanks for any help |

User447693: We do not need all that information each time you post. We need to know the exact symbol of the chart as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol". Just one symbol. And we need an image of that chart showing the DOM with the levels as you state they are. Follow these instructions to get us that image: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Also, with the chart referenced above active, select "File >> Open Market Depth Window", then scroll to the bottom of that window and follow the above instructions again to get us an image of that window. User447693: You are only getting 100 levels of data. You need to check the setting for "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> Max Depth Levels". It looks like this is set to 100. If you want the full levels then this should be set to 0.
