Chart not responding

Hi,

I appear to have a problem when I load up my chartbook. I click on the chart and then I get the spinning wheel and at the top it says not responding.

What can I do to resolve this please?

Start Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and see if the problem is a custom study - custom studies are not allowed to run in Safe Mode. Refer to the following regarding how to use Safe Mode:

Also in Safe Mode, your chartbooks do not open automatically. If the above does not solve the issue, then open the chartbooks one by one to determine which one is causing the issue. Then you can go back to a backup copy of the chartbook to find one that is still working. In this case, there is something wrong with the chartbook - we do not know what or why. Refer to the following:
