hello, I purchased package 11 (advanced for CME non-professional) together with the Denali exchange, only that the footprint data arrives ten minutes late. I also have a live account with Interactive Broker, but it still doesn't work. (I paid for the package to get real-time data at the beginning of September). I would like to know how to fix it, thanks |

Everything on your account looks good. The only thing we can say is that you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active, which means only instruments traded on the CME exchange (not the entire CME Group, just the exchange) will be real-time. Any other instrument traded on the COMEX, CBOT, or NYMEX will be delayed data. If you are still having a problem with data for an instrument traded on the CME exchange, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
