hello, I purchased package 11 (advanced for CME non-professional) together with the Denali exchange, only that the footprint data arrives ten minutes late. I also have a live account with Interactive Broker, but it still doesn't work. (I paid for the package to get real-time data at the beginning of September). I would like to know how to fix it, thanks
