I have Denali Exchange Data Feed with US Equities Consolidated Tape, but this morning data is apparently only being pulled in to SC from Interactive Brokers. Nothing has changed on my end. This is making it impossible to trade this morning--please advise or correct ASAP

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. You need to change the symbols of the charts to simple stock symbols. Like MSFT. Refer to: Notice: Upcoming Mandatory US Equities/Stocks Symbol/Data Changes for Interactive Brokers The mapping to the Denali Data Feed for more complex Interactive Brokers symbols is removed. The more complex symbol for trading needs to be set as the Trade and Current Quote Symbol. You can do this through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbols. same issue. i never used the IB symbols, feed was working fine until today. the charts dont even have the [M] anymore. looks like its a sierra chart issue

I'm having the same problems as the OP. My broker is IB but I'm using the Denali datafeed. I don't get the "[M]" symbol in the top line of the charts. "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Datafeeds" is set to "Yes". I did that mapping thing mentioned in the 3rd post. But still doesn't work. Everything was ok up to Friday.

Sierra_Chart Engineering [Direct Messages] - Posts: 13392 You need to change the symbols of the charts to simple stock symbols. Like MSFT. Refer to: Notice: Upcoming Mandatory US Equities/Stocks Symbol/Data Changes for Interactive Brokers The mapping to the Denali Data Feed for more complex Interactive Brokers symbols is removed. The more complex symbol for trading needs to be set as the Trade and Current Quote Symbol. You can do this through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbols. Symbols were already set to simple stock. I have previously read the link and cannot see anything else to do on my end.
