Hi Team, I just started my free trial but MES data is delayed. I have tried to connect it with my Interactive broker account but i think it does not work during trial. But whats the point of trial if you guys are giving access to delayed data. Does not make any sense.

Only delayed futures data is available on the trial. Refer to: What is Included in the Free Trial? So you do have to pay to find out how bad Interactive Brokers is. We are certainly not going to let Interactive Brokers make Sierra Chart look bad at our expense. That would be absolutely foolish. Hi Team, thanks for your quick response. Can i buy real time data during trial ? I m happy to pay for Denali Data feed. I am Interested in Package 11 but before i commit to it, i wanna test it. Also after the trial, do i need to have live broker future account to get live data ? Or just package 11 plus Denali is enough ?

You can not get the real-time data during a trial. The Delayed Streaming Data you are working with during the trial is exactly the same as the real-time Denali data, only it is delayed by 10-15 minutes, depending on exchange. Therefore, you will see the same functionality with this Delayed Streaming Data as you will with Real-Time data. This is why we want you to use this data during a trial, so you do not need to pay for the real-time data. But, if you want to get the real-time data, then you would have to change to a paid package, and it needs to be one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages Follow the instructions at the following link to activate a package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions In order to setup the Denali data for the CME Group, you need to follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges When filling out the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement", you will need to enter "Interactive Brokers" as the "Clearing Firm" and enter your "Account Number". Once this is all setup, then you will need to connect your Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers account to verify your Non-Professional standing. Hi team, Really appreciate your response. But just one thing, i dont trade futures at IBKR, only trade SPY options. However i only need ES future data, not SPY data etc. does that mean i can still get live future data ? Or should have permission to trade future on IBKR ?

It does not matter that you are not trading futures with Interactive Brokers. The account you have with them will be adequate to qualify for The CME Group Non-Professional requirement.
