Not able to activate Real time Data

Hello,

I have SC package 11 and downloaded the sierra platform. I also signed both agreements that showed i was missing. However, the data is still delayed. Did i get the right package to be able to see live data on ESH24? or is is there anything that i haven't done to enable live Data?

We see that you have filled out the agreements for the CME Group, but you are claiming to be a "non-professional", but you did not enter any information for the "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number". Therefore, we can not approve you as a non-professional. Refer to the following for more on the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional rates:

If you do not have an account that will qualify for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:

Once you have the above worked out, then you will need to follow the instructions at the following link to setup the real-time data for the CME Group:

Thank you for getting back to me,

I submitted the forms with the information that was missing. Now the issue that I'm running to is when I connect to my broker, an error message pops up saying;

"Connection error message from service: Is the interactive Brokers TWS software running and is it enabled for socket clients?"

The TWS software has to be running on the same computer in order to connect. Make sure you have gone through all the instructions at the following link:
