Why is my trading evaluator (delayed data) not receiving data since the market open tonight. Message log enclosed

Same with live data via CQG ? Platform loads to the latest tick and then nothing new comes. "Waiting to download historical data" and it just stays that way. The timer countdown study on my chart is also stuck at whatever the last moment loaded was and freezes there. First time I've ever had issues with Sierra connection in years.

In response to post #1, this is related to the cooling issue at CH 1 where this is located. We have been too overwhelmed with everything else and forgot about this. Regarding post #5, that log is way too large for us to do anything with. Close all Chartbooks with File >> Close All Chartbooks. The Zip Installer will not contain those files. With a fresh installation, they get created by the system. Therefore, if you delete them, the system will automatically create them again. If you are continuing to get an issue with this, when those files are not present, then we have to assume that it has something to do with the emulator you are using.
