We believe what you want to do is to change the "Draw Style" for the Subgraph of that Green Line to "Dash". That will remove the connecting line when the values change. Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Dash (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_DASH)

If you do not want to handle it through the Scaling, then you would need to use the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" study and set the study to color the line when it is below -40000 to be the same as the background. Refer to the following:
Color Bar Based on Alert Condition

Here is the Study Collection updated to work for what you want.

Note that you did not have any Alert Condition set in the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" and you needed to set the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" to be "Based On" the Spreadsheet Formula, and then set the Input Data, and the Output When Condition True to the Input Data.

There is not a way to "fix" this. What you are seeing is due to the drawing of the "Line" itself. The issue is that the connecting line between the points does not know whether the next item has been "blanked" out or not. It was not something we thought about when we originally gave you the solution.

The only option would be to change the way you view the data, such as using a Bar, or a Star. You would then need to change the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition to be the same kind of draw style so that it is hidden when the value is below -40000.
