Hello I'm new to sierra chart and I have just bought a sierra chart 11 Integrated Advanced. When I try to connect to Rithmic data provider it doesn't work. the charts are all blank and it shows me a message that says permission denied. I tested the same Rithmic credentials with other platforms and it works fine but with sierra chart does not work and I don't know why ? can you help me please !

I tried this solution but nothing is change it. I have one more question if I buy the Denali Data feed can I use Rithmic for passing orders and Denali data feed for getting market and historical data.

Did you make sure you have set the Server and Username and Password correctly in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings? Did you contact your broker for help and make sure you know exactly what those should be set to. I read a section in the page that you mention to me and it says "If you are using services like Top Step Trader, Earn 2 Trade, One Up Trader, LeeLoo, UProfit, Apex, and other trading evaluator accounts, these are not considered a Live funded trading account according to CME Group rules. You must use the Easy Solution method to authorize the CME Group real-time data." Is this means that if I get the Denali data feed I will still unable to get real time data, I'm really confused can u explain to me please what can I do in order to get real time data along side with Rithmic evaluation account ?

It means that you would need to have another futures trading account that is funded with your own money in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees for the real-time CME Group data. This is a requirement of the CME Group, not us.
