Hello I'm new to sierra chart and I have just bought a sierra chart 11 Integrated Advanced. When I try to connect to Rithmic data provider it doesn't work. the charts are all blank and it shows me a message that says permission denied. I tested the same Rithmic credentials with other platforms and it works fine but with sierra chart does not work and I don't know why ? can you help me please !
