Hi,

Just want to check because Im having data delay from data feed. Is there anything I need to change or Am I missing something on my account. Thank you!

You are setup for the COMEX with Market Depth exchange. Therefore, you will only be getting real-time data for instruments that trade on the COMEX. Any others will be Delayed Streaming Data (depending on your Current Selected Service).

If you are getting delayed data for an instrument traded on the COMEX, then we would need to see your Message Log for this symbol by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

hi Support,

My data was fine till this morning ( UK time ) or atleast that when I noticed it got delayed.
I attached the message log, please can you help me?

We see that you are trying to get data for the symbol GCJ24_FUT_CME. GC is traded on the COMEX exchange. You are only setup to get real-time data for the CME exchange.

You have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. You need to do this in order to verify the account for the CME Group's non-professional requirement. Right now, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00". Refer to the following regarding this requirement:

You can view your "Verified Until" date at the following link:

We also see that you have not properly completed the exchange agreements. You need to enter the "Clearing Firm" (or the brokerage if you do not know the clearing firm) and your "Account Number" on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement in order to be considered a Non-Professional.
