Creating Custom Index and Time and Sales using Nasdaq Total View

Hi, I created a custom ticker using Nasdaq Totalview tickers using the guidance here: Custom Calculated Symbols The index does not load properly and states 'historical data download cancelled' and will not show live data. Is there something I need to do differently? I have successfully created indexes previously before Nasdaq Totalview data. One additional question re Nasdaq Totalview is the 'Time and Sales Combine into Exchange Reported Original Summary' applicable to Nasdaq Total View tickers? Many thanks for your answer, |

What exactly did you enter for the "symbol" for the custom calculated symbol? As to the Time and Sales combining the Exchange Reported Original Summary Trade - yes, this works for the NASDAQ TotalView. The index does not load properly and states 'historical data download cancelled' and will not show live data. We need to see the entire message log related to this. Instructions:Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
