HI, My volkwagens "VOW3-STK_IBIS" stock data is not loading anymore. The data is not loading anymore since 12Dec2022 up till now, all the other chart data is working correctly. How I can solve this problem? Best Iwan |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". We do not see any reconnect to the data feed in this log. Here is another way we can get the information that we need. However, we are not going to necessarily be able to help with this. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
