Hi i use GCG23_COMEX symbol for gold, and i loaded sierra charts now, but gold charts start grom 10:23, i started sierra chart 10:33, i have 10 minute delayed data so, why does my chart start on time when i started it? last candle before 10:23 is from friday..

Ok thank you that solved the CG problem, but i have another one with ES, market profile chart is showing high of 9-12(friday) around 3990 but my normal 15minute candlestick chart is showing that high of friday is around 4024, i tried to redownload data like with CG but it did nothing

If it is a Continuous Futures Contract chart, then refer to:

I can see that today new futures symbol starts, but i changed it to ESH23-CME, so what should i do ?

If you are not using a Back-Adjusted Continuous Futures Contract option, then you should be able to see the data from last Friday as it was for that symbol (just make sure the transition from the Z contract to the H contract is where you expect it - you can turn on "Chart >> Show Rollover Dates" to see where the rollover occurs).

Another options is to load the ESZ22-CME symbol for a chart by itself and then look at the data just for it.

Otherwise, the information you are looking at has been modified, so it will not line up exactly. Refer to the information for back-adjusted rollover options here:
