Hello, since today I am not getting market data anymore it seems. When opening my charts I am getting the following popup in the chart window: "Real Time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol F.US.MNQZ22 ID:2" and "Download failed. Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed". I am using AMP with Denali data feed and CQG order routing. Sierra package 11. Everything is paid and active and I don't understand why this issue is occurring suddenly. Please help. |

On November 7, 2022 you selected the option to "Deactivate" the exchange that you had active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, when the new month started today, you no longer had an active exchange on your account. There was no notification since the action was done by yourself to deactivate the exchange. Hi i have subscribed to Package 12. paid my monthly fees yesterday but dont see any data coming in......only interactive brokers is working. new to sierracharts, pls advice if there are any additional steps

If you are just not seeing data for the MBO, then go through the instructions at the following link: Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions If you are not getting any data at all, then we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
