We will check on this. There may be a problem with the details of your account, or the information provided on the agreements resulting in a rejection of the agreements.

Hi Bartezz, please re-complete the Market Data Agreements here, especially the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, if you are getting this message it means you are omitting your Futures Trading Account Information, that means your "Clearing Firm" is empty or Incorrect and your "Futures Trading Account Number" could also be empty or Incorrect

To complete the Uniform Subscriber Agreement please be sure to include your Futures Trading Account Information, so
(a) "Clearing Firm"
(b) "Futures Trading Account Number"
Thank you

Hi Bartezz, thank you for completing the Market Data Agreements.

Can you confirm that you want Real-time CME Group Data on 2 computers simultaneously? Futures Exchanges want to charge you based up on the number of devices (computers) that you are connecting to Real-time Data simultaneously, so although you can have Sierra Chart Software on 2 systems simultaneously you would need to pay a 2nd Real-time Data Exchange Fee in order to have Real-time Exchange Data on 2 systems (computers) at the same time.
