Hi Bartezz, please re-complete the Market Data Agreements here, especially the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, if you are getting this message it means you are omitting your Futures Trading Account Information, that means your "Clearing Firm" is empty or Incorrect and your "Futures Trading Account Number" could also be empty or Incorrect https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements To complete the Uniform Subscriber Agreement please be sure to include your Futures Trading Account Information, so (a) "Clearing Firm" (b) "Futures Trading Account Number" Thank you
