DOM issue/settings

Hello,
I upgraded to the service package 11 and I thought that while using the DOM I would have been able to see resting orders on the DOM. I am only currently seeing the orders as they are being filled but not the resting orders on the bid and ask. Please let me know what to do to have this on my DOM.

We see you are using Rithmic. So market data is coming from Rithmic. If you want to use the Denali Data Feed and get market depth data follow the instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You will need to activate an exchange that provides market depth data. Refer to:

Hi ,
I paid for the denail service and setup an account with clearing firm IronBeam and still no live data coming through. why is this so difficult? can i get someone on the phone to help me or just resolve this on your end? here are some screenshots

IronBeam has not setup your account yet. You need to wait for IronBeam to have everything setup first.

Also, you were asking for Market Depth data previously, but you did not activate an exchange that includes the Market Depth data. Therefore, you will not get the market depth for any of the CME Group symbols.

Just keep in mind that the exchanges do not give refunds, nor do they pro-rate. Therefore, if you deactivate any exchanges, you will not receive the funds back for it. Also, for any new exchanges that you activate, you will pay the full amount for the remainder of this month.
