Missing data gain for 6E

Hello,
On second Pc i am running gain data. Today after removing and downloading data for 6E contract, and there is a big gap and intraday data is only from 2 days ago, i cannot load more data.
can you fix this issue? I did try removing file asweel and it didn't work.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

This is the problem:
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. | 2022-11-15 11:10:07.535

Set this to Yes:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

Be sure to reconnect to the data feed after.

After that:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
