Hi,

I noticed my Teton streaming would briefly pauses from time to time, it happened this morning (Nov 09, 2022) from 10:54:35 to 10:55:13 Eastern. Some times it seems it is streaming but with ~30 seconds delay and until it catches up again.

Not sure if it is the data issue or my Internet connection.

Also, does Teton have an option of Aggregated Data Streaming?

Thanks

What do you mean in terms of an "Aggregated Data Streaming"? You can change the Intraday Storage Time Frame, but this does not affect the actual data stream. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

The one item you can adjust that would change the data stream is the amount of compression used. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Use Real-Time Data Compression (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply. I just borrowed that word from Rithmic, I have two options to connect to their data server:

Non-Aggregated: no delay.
Aggregated: data is sent 4 times per second, or once every 250 ms.

I saw this post today posted by a user who had the same difficulties with mine:
Denali data burst

I will set Data Compression from "Standard Compression" to "High Compression"
and Remote Buffer Delay from "0" to "250"

Hopefully I understood my issue correctly.

Thanks again.
