Hello Sierra_Chart Engineering,

I just want to inform you that the Denali data feed lagged and froze several times today between ~ 8:56 and 9:02 EST.

Despite several attempts on my side to change the connection (disconnect / reconnect) it was really bad during that time and impossible to trade.

I don't know if you are still implementing the announced changes to the servers or not but I thought you should be informed.

Another data point.. mine has been seamlessly smooth since adjusting the settings. It'll probably take the next CPI before it's really tested though.

Mine has been mostly smooth too except for today. I was lucky for not having an open position.

My settings are all the very same as they were already at their possible best and the internet had no issues either.

No, there were definitely no problems the Denali data feed today and for about the last 10 to 14 days. This we are quite certain of. The issues in the recent past have been resolved.

The issue must have been somewhere else or with your Internet connectivity:

We know the problem was not with Denali data feed.

There is some additional work but it is only for redundancy, and excess capacity far in excess of what is needed.
