Since you are wanting data for the CME Group, you need to first understand that they (the CME Group) have a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the "non-professional" rate. We check the account by having you connect Sierra Chart to your trading account at least once a month (if you are not connected all the time), therefore the account has to be with a trading service that we support (Interactive Brokers, CQG, Rithmic, Teton Order Routing). I am using ninja as my broker. How do I use ninja to qualify me as non-professional for Sierra charts

If you are setup with Ninja to use the CQG order routing then you would connect Sierra Chart to your CQG account by following these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Otherwise, in order to get the real-time data you would have to setup a separate brokerage account.
