Sierra data server status?

I'm subscribed to the Sierra Chart equities data.

Today I was repeatedly disconnected from the server from the session open and on, causing significant data delay on the chart.
Data on two other different programs was working and streaming fine.

Is there a place I can check the status of SC data center?

Sierra Chart uses multiple data servers in different data centers. In your case these particular servers are with Barchart.com. We do monitor these servers, and there was no indication of lost connectivity. Although if it was for a very short duration like less than 30 seconds, it is not something that would get detected by us.

We are implementing completely new infrastructure, and source data feed for our US equities data independent from Barchart. This is in progress and we hope to complete it before the end of the year.

What we would like you to do is also open charts for symbols like SPY-NQTV and see if you lose the data feed for those, at the same time you would lose the feed for SPY. Please let us know.

When I try to load NQTV symbols the chart doesn't load at all (red message).
I guess it's because I'm not subscribed to the Denali data feed, correct me if I'm wrong.

You should get delayed streaming data with any stock that is opened using the -NQTV suffix on the symbol.

This is because you are setup for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the U.S. Equities exchange within it. A such, you should not enter your symbols with the -NQTV suffix. For example, you would enter IBM not IBM-NQTV.

We can help with this:
When I try to load NQTV symbols the chart doesn't load at all (red message).
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We will then determine what the problem is.
