We can help with this: When I try to load NQTV symbols the chart doesn't load at all (red message). Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
