Rithmic Direct DTC Problem

Hello, I have the following problem : My Historical Data is not charching, while my DOM real time data is fine. I tried the following : Delete All Data and Download, but it won't solve the problem. With regards to Rithmic historical data, there are general issues and we can not do anything about. Refer to our position on this at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy With regards to your Trade Service Log, there are a few files that have issues for some reason. The only thing you can do is to remove these files from your system. My Historical Data is not charching, while my DOM real time data is fine. Although you are set to use the Denali Data Feed and you have activated exchanges, you are not receiving real-time or historical data from the Denali Data Feed for the reason below and this also applies to historical data as well:The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
