Hello, I have the message Dowloading historical data bars may not appear until done which is displayed concerning the ZN and the graphic display is not up to date, I tried to disconnect my account then reconnect, I tried to delete and reload the data but nothing works.

There is nothing showing in the attached logs that indicates any problem. Make sure you let the data try to download for at least 10 minutes.

We really do not know why you would have this specific issue with Rithmic, but there is nothing more we can do to help. Refer to our policy on this here:

The only thing we can suggest is that you start with a new chartbook and try getting the data for a single symbol first and then build up from there and see where you might find an issue.

Hello after subscribing to CBOT with delali with market depth then after connecting my rithmic account I have the message "dowloading historicla data bar may not appear until done" which remains displayed. however the indicator [M] is not displayed after the symbol.

You are not using the Denali data yet. There are two items that need to be finished first.

The first item is that you need to redo the Exchange Agreements as you have not supplied the Trading Account information. If you do not have a trading account, then you will not be able to get the CME Group data at the lower-priced, non-professional rates. Refer to the following:

The second item is that you have not connected your Sierra Chart to your live trading account. You need to do this at least once a month in order to verify your trading account for the CME Group non-professional requirement. Refer to the following:
