You are not using the Denali data yet. There are two items that need to be finished first.

The first item is that you need to redo the Exchange Agreements as you have not supplied the Trading Account information. If you do not have a trading account, then you will not be able to get the CME Group data at the lower-priced, non-professional rates. Refer to the following:

The second item is that you have not connected your Sierra Chart to your live trading account. You need to do this at least once a month in order to verify your trading account for the CME Group non-professional requirement. Refer to the following:
