When I log in to Sierra Charts I get the message that evalution of package 12 is ending in 26 days.

What is this package 12?

Package 12 is our highest available package. It is the Advanced Integrated with MBO package. Therefore, it allows for the use of all capabilities of the Sierra Chart system.

We allow for a 60 day evaluation of Package 12, and about 34 days ago, you were put on this evaluation, most likely in order to allow you to continue to use your current package (Package 3) and make an external connection. We made a change several months ago such that you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (package 10, 11, and 12) in order to make any external connections, such as to your trading or data service.

There is no charge for the Evaluation of Package 12. But, you do need to have a paid package to do the evaluation. In this way it is different from the Free Trial.

I put on my Sierra charts today and when I opened the ES Mini it was showing the end candle yesterday at time 19.00 and today when I opened the charts the first candle with a massive gap it showed was at 13.00 hours all UK time. This was on the 1 hour timeframe but it is also true for the orther timeframes

Why has it missed all the data in between?

Check your Session Times to ensure that they are set to cover the timeframe that is missing. If you are definitely missing data for a period, then refer to the following for how to delete the data from a specific point forward and then redownload:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

As to why there might be missing data, we can not say. If you had Sierra Chart up and running during that time then you can copy and paste your Message Log to this thread and we can take a look and see if there is anything specific called out in the log.
