Package 12 is our highest available package. It is the Advanced Integrated with MBO package. Therefore, it allows for the use of all capabilities of the Sierra Chart system. We allow for a 60 day evaluation of Package 12, and about 34 days ago, you were put on this evaluation, most likely in order to allow you to continue to use your current package (Package 3) and make an external connection. We made a change several months ago such that you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (package 10, 11, and 12) in order to make any external connections, such as to your trading or data service.
