Check your Session Times to ensure that they are set to cover the timeframe that is missing. If you are definitely missing data for a period, then refer to the following for how to delete the data from a specific point forward and then redownload:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

As to why there might be missing data, we can not say. If you had Sierra Chart up and running during that time then you can copy and paste your Message Log to this thread and we can take a look and see if there is anything specific called out in the log.
