Hi,

I just purchased data feed for $36/month but I'm having a lot of difficulty connecting to it on the platform.

Please write clear and detailed instructions on how to connect to the data I purchased. The information on your website so difficult to understand. I need step by step instructions.

Thank you.

You have not purchased any data from us. The $36.00 is for package 5 for one month. This does give you access to our Delayed Streaming Data, if that is what you want to use. There is nothing special you need to do for this, and you should have access to the data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView right now.

If you are wanting real-time data, then you will need to be on one of the Integrated packages (package 10, 11, and 12). You would then setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed by following the appropriate instructions on the following page:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

Keep in mind, if you are wanting real-time data from the CME group and you want to pay the non-professional exchange fees, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software at least once a month. Refer to the following:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
