Have trouble to load CQG data after download Sierra Chat 2439 of ES, NQ and YM future lvie data, could you please help?

With version 2394 and higher you can no longer bring in data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. You need to either downgrade to version 2393 or use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of CQG data.

I follow your reply to change to 2393 version but some data was not updated (ask/Bid volume Bars only work when i login, otherwise was flat bar!)my friend use same CQG platform as me but he can use 2403 have no trouble, was anything to do with compture set up?
Now I am using the 11 - Integrated Advanced is it same before 11-Advance + Denali data Feed ? I couldn't find it as show before.

Hi JanJan 1398, we can solve your Data issue with the use of Denali Data (rather than CQG Data), I see that you used the CME Market Depth Bundle Data via Denali in August, we recommend using that set-up again.

To progress there please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:

You might wait to activate real-time data until the 1st of October (tomorrow), so you are not paying an exchange fee for just 1 day of Data.

Thank you for your reply post 1225, i have follow your advise activate #3 (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) Still have problem with YM,CL, Gold data with Ask/bid volume data, it only have data after i login Sierra Chat, could you please advise what i can do?

For your reference I am now using (11 - Evaluate Highest Available Service Package) at the moment, should be included above all exchange?

Hi JanJan 1398, right now you have only activated Real-time Data for the CME Exchange, the other instruments that you mention having issues with "YM,CL, Gold data with Ask/bid volume data", are on the CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX. I have taken the liberty of activating the CME Group Top-of-Book Bundle for you, while de-activating the CME Exchange -- so your ongoing Real-time Data Exchange Fee expense will be $3.50 per calendar month.

The 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time.
