Crosshairs hovering over the current candlestick value When I hover the crosshairs over the candlestick I want it to show its Value (meaning the high / low close of the candle) instead of its current trading Value.

We are not sure exactly how you got there, but within the Settings window for the Time and Sales is an option for "Show Title Bar". Enable that option to show the Title Bar again and then be able to close the window. In general to display a study on another chart (even of different timeframes) you would use the Study/Price Overlay study. Refer to the information for this study here: Study/Price Overlay Study There is not a really good way to extend the data until future intersection without creating a custom study.
