This has happened a couple of times, and I need to lasting fix. My account shows everything as being fully paid and verified and earlier today data was real time. Now all of the sudden in the middle of trading I realize that I'm actually getting delayed data as the log confirms. What do I do to make sure this doesn't happen? When I switch the service to GAIN Capital, under the "Service Settings" box, there is nothing. It's just a blank black line, so there is no way to connect. I was able to connect on another computer, but even after reinstalling SC on my main computer, the service settings is there but no information is below to fill out account information. How do I fix this? |
