Hi, I currently use Ninja as my platform and broker, and would like to use SC for real time order flow and footprint feed. What package would be best? Thanks

You would need to be on Package 11 in order to get the Numbers Bars (footprints) and real-time data.

If you are going to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then refer to the information here:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

So what are the key differences between Denali and whatever would be the standard feed that comes w Package 11?

There is not really a "standard feed that comes w Package 11". If you are wanting data from the CME Group, CFE, EUREX, or NASDAQ TotalView, then you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages and activate (and pay for) the particular exchanges for which you want real-time data. You will find the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data at the following link, and the instructions for the other exchanges below that section:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

We do have some real-time data available, regardless of your package, but that is only for Forex and CFDs. If you are interested in this data, then refer to the following:

Thank you,

We have temporarily activated your account. For now get started with our Delayed Exchange Data Feed:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

You will need Service Package 11. And you will need to follow the Denali Exchange Data Feed set up instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

And you will need to connect once a month to your ninja account:

Thanks,
Here's the confusion.
I trade daily with NT, so clearly the once a month rule is covered. My temporary account is delayed data. What is the difference between this and the Denali feed? Thank you again.

The Denali Data Feed will provide real-time data but you do also have to pay for the market data exchange fee.

OK. So what is the time difference between delayed and real time? I will start the free trial and plan on purchasing 11 and Denali as per your recommendation.
Thank you for all the help thus far.

For CME Group futures, delayed data is 10 minutes delayed.

Got it. This being the case, I would rather just get on board with package 11 and have real time data.
