Historical Data Missing in Sub Instances

Using Denali data, in sub instances, for historical charts.

Having trouble loading sub instances with historical data, often there are gaps missing.

Delete and download in the sub instance does not fix it.

In the Primary instance, it seems to load without any issues, or easily with a Delete and Download.

Even after this, it will not load in the sub instance with a Delete and Download, until the sub instance is restarted. Any way to avoid this?

In the Sub-Instances check that the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Use Market Data Direct From Primary Server is set to No. If it is not, then change them to No and restart and see if that resolves your issue.

We are a bit bothered by the fact that you are seeing any missing data in your main instance though. How often does this occur?

The setting is correct.

The Main instance does not often have missing data.

Missing historical intraday data on GC August '22 from 4-18-22 to 5-03-22. Logs of Main and Sub instances attached.

I cannot get it to populate in the sub-instance with Delete and Download. How can I fix it?

We are not seeing any errors in the logs. And the data for that time period is available. The following link is a screenshot of the data for that instrument and the period in question.

The first thing you need to do is to get the data into the main instance. Follow these instructions to redownload the data starting from where you are first missing some:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

Once you have the data correct in the main instance, then you can delete and download the data in the sub-instance, and it should all fill in properly.
