not receiving real time data for CME - the issue started after i launched a newly installed SC instance on a second machine - before i managed to disconnect the instance from Denali (connects automatically and uses a sample chartbook after fresh install) the SC connected briefly to Denali

After disconnecting this second instance and diconnecting and reconnecting the instance on the original / first machine i still dont receive realtime data

The SC DEnali licensing mechanism is doesnt seem to be designed well if it can not pick up the new/next change in simultaneous connections
- i would advice fixing it asap

in any case unlock my subscripiuon asap

ps: i am subscribed for SC instances on 3 machines and Denali on 1 machine - at the moment there is SC instance on ONLY 1 machinbe connected to Denali and it DOES NOT receive realtime data and ANY market depth data

First, ensure that you are completely exited from all running Sierra Chart software, including the one on the first computer. Then start the software again on the one computer.

If you still have an issue on that computer then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
