CQG Web api not enabled on package

Hi,

I need to use the CQG web api for my connection, but in sc settings it is listed as "not enabled on package".

my current subscription is package "advanced" no 5

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days.

After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.

In my account Evaluating Package 12 shows now, yes.

But CQG WebApi still shows as not enabled on package.

I also updated to last version.

Exit from Sierra Chart and restart using the Forced Login option. Refer to the instructions for this here:

I restarted sc with the forced login option, but the CQG WEbApi is still listed as not enabled. But also SC Data - All Services is not enabled on package, is that normal?

I have version 2400. That means I need to activate the denali data feed on sc and keep only CQG order routing with amp, right?

But still, I should be able to connect to CQG WebApi even if I use the denali data from sc.

please advise.

You have two different accounts with us and you have gotten the accounts confused.

The account that you have logged into this Support Board with has the active time on it, but the other account is the one that you are logging into your software with.

Let us know what you want to do. The easiest fix is to just log into the Sierra Chart software with the account that you have posted from. Or, we can transfer the information to the other account and you can use that one.

Whatever you decide, we would like to remove the account that you are not going to use in order to avoid this confusion in the future. Please let us know if we can do this and which account you will be using and which account we can remove.

Yes, please transfer the info to the other account, the one that I was using to log into sc.

My last payment was made yesterday for this account, as I was trying to restart using sierra, but I guess that doesn't matter any more considering you activated the 60 day period for package 12.

You are all set. Everything has been transferred to your other account, which is the one you are currently logged into Sierra Chart with. You may need to exit from Sierra Chart and then restart the software in order to get the updated information.

Make sure when you login to the Support Board that you do so from the other account. You can also ensure this occurs by selecting "Help >> Support Board" from within the Sierra Chart software, which will then log you into our website with the Account Name and Password you used to login to your Sierra Chart software.

Let us know if we can remove the other account from our system so you do not put the funds into the wrong account going forward.
