You have two different accounts with us and you have gotten the accounts confused.

The account that you have logged into this Support Board with has the active time on it, but the other account is the one that you are logging into your software with.

Let us know what you want to do. The easiest fix is to just log into the Sierra Chart software with the account that you have posted from. Or, we can transfer the information to the other account and you can use that one.

Whatever you decide, we would like to remove the account that you are not going to use in order to avoid this confusion in the future. Please let us know if we can do this and which account you will be using and which account we can remove.
