Why Is Trading Evaluator Data Delayed?

I signed up for a Sierra Chart account for the sole purpose of Chart Analysis. I will never place any trades. But it is imperative that I receive real-time data.

I first signed up for Service Package 12 to utilize the Denali MBO feed but am being forced to wait on my broker to activate Teton order routing. Next I signed up for your real-time Trading Evaluator service but it too is showing as DELAYED. Why am I NOT receiving real-time data?

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Consider the above solution to avoid this problem in the future.

You just have to wait until your funded account is set up on Teton order routing. When that is done you can then begin to receive the CME Group real-time data.
