I signed up for a Sierra Chart account for the sole purpose of Chart Analysis. I will never place any trades. But it is imperative that I receive real-time data. I first signed up for Service Package 12 to utilize the Denali MBO feed but am being forced to wait on my broker to activate Teton order routing. Next I signed up for your real-time Trading Evaluator service but it too is showing as DELAYED. Why am I NOT receiving real-time data? |
